To transform the epic heritage of the Turkish World into a monumental visual narrative by using the historical façade itself as a living canvas. The concept was built on turning architecture into a storytelling surface, where past and present flow seamlessly through light, motion, and sound — creating an emotional and immersive celebration of cultural identity.
The entire front façade of Kastamonu Governor’s Mansion was precisely mapped and digitally reconstructed to serve as a high-resolution projection surface. A custom visual narrative was developed, combining architectural illusions, large-scale transitions, and symbolic scenes representing key moments from Turkish history.
All content was produced specifically for the building’s geometry and synchronized with a bespoke sound design to enhance emotional impact. The 6-minute show was delivered using 12 synchronized projectors, ensuring seamless coverage, accurate alignment, and consistent brightness across the structure.
