Real-Time 3D Production
Creating a 360° immersive storytelling experience that brings Diriyah to life as a living legacy within a fully spatial digital environment.
Commissioned by Immersive-me and staged at Outernet London, we created a multi-surface immersive film that invited audiences into Diriyah’s story through a 360° spatial narrative.
Structured in three acts; Past, Present, and Future, the film unfolded as a seamless journey. Audiences moved from an ancient oasis under a starlit sky, through traditional Najdi architecture, into a visionary future shaped by flowing fabrics, Arabian horses, falcons, and dynamic drone formations.
Produced in Unreal Engine using a real-time pipeline, the content was designed and optimized for Outernet’s multi-surface LED environment. All visuals were calibrated for pixel accuracy, motion fluidity, and continuity across five interconnected walls, treating the space as a unified narrative canvas.
Despite a condensed timeline, all deliverables were completed on schedule and delivered at full fidelity.

Narrative Structure
& Scenario
The immersive film was designed around a three-act structure: Past, Present and Future Diriyah. Audiences began in an ancient oasis under a starlit sky, transitioned through traditional Najdi architecture, and eventually moved into a visionary future filled with flowing fabrics, Arabian horses, falcons and dynamic drone formations. Each act carried its own rhythm and texture, yet all flowed together as a single spatial journey.

Moodboard &
Visual Direction
For three days in 2024, the heart of Saudi Arabia came to life inside
London’s most advanced immersive space.
Commissioned by Immersive-me and staged at Outernet London, this experience invited visitors into a 360° digital environment that told the story of Diriyah not as a destination, but as a living legacy.

3D Production &
Unreal Engine Pipeline
The entire film was produced using Unreal Engine, leveraging
a high-end real-time pipeline.
We began by modeling assets and integrating them into UE environments. This was followed by look development, then camera animation and 3D previsualization to block out the spatial flow. Simulations were applied to dynamic elements like fabric and particles, before rendering the final visuals through nDisplay, calibrated to Outernet’s multi-surface format.
All content was optimized for pixel-accuracy, motion fluidity and architectural continuity across the room’s five interconnected LED walls.

Immersive Integration
& Technical Workflow
Content was carefully designed to work in complete harmony with Outernet’s architectural layout and screen specifications. The large immersive hall served as the canvas for the full narrative, where LED surfaces acted not as displays, but as extensions of space, light and story.

Testing & Delivery
Throughout the final stage, test sequences were reviewed inside Unreal Engine to verify light, motion and playback sync. Despite a highly condensed timeline, all deliverables were completed on schedule and rendered at full fidelity.
