Personal Data Protection and Security Information and Consent Form

By confirming this document, you explicitly consent to our Company processing the personal data you have submitted to us, within the scope of Article 5 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “Law”), for the purposes of informing you about our services and contacting you, collecting statistical information, and transferring the data to third parties established in Turkey and abroad in order to carry out these activities. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the statutory provisions.


You explicitly consent to the transfer of your personal data to third parties located in Turkey or abroad, as determined by the data controller, the relevant person, or our Company, for the storage and retention of this data and for its processing for the purposes to which you have given explicit consent.

Within the scope of your statutory rights, you may at any time apply to our Company as the data controller and exercise the following rights: to learn whether personal data relating to you are being processed; if so, to request information about them; to learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data are being used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred; to request the correction of errors in your personal data and, if a transfer has been made, to request that this correction be sought from the relevant third party; to request the erasure, destruction, or anonymisation of your personal data where the reasons requiring their processing no longer exist and, if a transfer has been made, to request that this demand be communicated to the third party to whom the data were transferred; to object to an adverse outcome concerning you that arises as a result of the processed data; and, where you suffer damage because data have been processed in breach of the Law, to claim compensation for that damage within the framework of the applicable laws. Following this information and privacy notice given by our Company under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the relevant legislation, your personal data will be collected with the explicit consent set out below:


I have read and understood in full the privacy notice concerning Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, as published by Parsart Animasyon Prodüksiyon Tanıtım Organizasyon ve Bilgisayar Hizmetleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as “Artnpars”), and I have been informed that Artnpars will process my personal data for the purposes stated above. Accordingly, having been clearly informed, in a manner that leaves no room for doubt, of the matters set out in the Privacy Notice regarding the sharing of my personal data, and being in possession of that information, I give my consent with my explicit consent.

I explicitly permit the collection, use, disclosure, transfer, and processing of the information I have shared that constitutes personal data, or special categories of personal data, so that Artnpars may inform me about its products and services, contact me in relation to the products and services I have requested or may request, use this information in marketing activities on this subject, and collect it for Artnpars’s existing or new product work, the identification of potential customers, and similar purposes, without prejudice to my rights under the applicable legislation.


I accept, declare, and undertake that I will obtain, protect, process, and transfer any personal data I may acquire by reason of my relationship with Artnpars lawfully and with explicit consent, as required by Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data; that I will promptly delete any personal data I obtain without explicit consent or unlawfully and notify Artnpars; and that, if such a breach is identified and a sanction is imposed by the persons whose data have been violated, by the Personal Data Protection Board, or by other administrative or judicial authorities, and Artnpars suffers a loss, I will remedy that loss, and that I am aware that criminal liability in such a case also rests with me.
